  • Principles of made-to-order products:Regarding made-to-order products (including ring size specifications) that are individually produced for customers, we cannot accept cancellations after production has begun, nor can we accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. ”

  • Response to defective products/wrong shipments:If there is a problem with the product you received, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product. We will promptly replace or repair the product at our expense. ”

  • About resizing:If the ring size does not suit you, we will resize it for a fee if it is possible due to the design. In that case, round-trip shipping and labor charges will be borne by the customer. ”

  • Cases in which returns are refused:We cannot accept returns or exchanges for used products, products that have been damaged by the customer, or products that have been returned without prior notification.
